I'll see what I can do! Watching Final Cut and The Passage I did develop a soft spot for Kat. With her drug habit, her snarky mouth and her heroic sacrifice she is probably the BSG character most similar to Charlie!

Yes, Kat was a great character, especially when you consider that she was a minor character only. It proves that the characters are very, very well written on this show. I never thought of her being kinda Charlie-like, but I like the comparison. To me, Kat was more a Ana Lucia-type of character, not only because of her looks but also because of her tough, yet vulnerable nature. (I like Kat more though than I liked AL... probably because Luciana Carro seems to be a much more likeable person than Michelle Rodriguez)

Well as the Chana fans will tell you; Charlie and Ana Lucia had quite a bit in common too! I agree the Kat actress seems more likable than Rodriguez).

Thats just a wacky idea one of my flisters came up with - that there might be crazy hillbilly Earth survivors (like Others) waiting to attack the Galaticans.

I've got ideas for elliots fic now, but I'm still scared about getting away from my comfort zone and trying the whole ensemble. Caprica-Six is one of the characters I'm struggling with actually. Any ideas how she would be feeling about the state of affairs on earth?

I have no idea about caprica, after all, I feel her character has been completely dropped so i don't have any idea. Did she wanted Earth? Does she knows she's pregnant? I don't know. Does she want or love Tigh? What does she know about the 13th tribe? Does she care?

I'm sure there's going to be Others. There are always Others. And I'm sure there're survivors. Otherewise, the story loses a lot of potential. Can't wait to see that! :D

That's probably why I'm not channelling Caprica. Her character has become wishy washy. I think that's why I'm a Head-Six fan. She can be annoying but she is the only version of Six that is consistent. Caprica-Six was ignored in favour of Natalie-Six in S4 (who is now dead).

This might be a problem with the cylon characters in general. Like Athena-Sharon always get better character development than Boomer-Sharon, which is a bitch because I find Boomer the more interesting of the two.

I, for one, cannot wait until we see your Gaeta/Anders fic! Those two do fit together in an odd way!

The Anders/Gaeta fic is the story I'm feeling the most positive about right now. I like the idea that these two characters could end up comforting each other.
